Refer Yourself
DAF Counselling
You may be eligible for funding from your local authority. In this case they will pay for your treatment with DAF Counselling for a limited period. To access this you should contact the Substance Misuse Team (SMT) at your local Social Services. Alternatively, if you are paying for yourself then just call us on 020 7233 0400 to arrange an assessment appointment.
Dartmouth Street Programmes (Dual Diagnosis programmes)
Clients must have a third party involved in their care (eg Care Managers, Community Psychiatric Nurse).
Referrals to the Dartmouth Street Programmes can be made by Substance Misuse Teams, Community Mental Health Teams and other psychiatric services. We can take referrals and arrange assessment appointments over the telephone but we require relevant psychiatric information as well as details of the clients substance abuse history, prior to seeing the client.
