Reflections Group

The Reflections Group takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and on a Thursday morning. This is a rolling 12-week programme for men and women with a dual-diagnosis.

Clients will not be expected to be abstinent from illicit drugs and alcohol to be accepted on to the programme. However, they will be expected to be drug and alcohol free on the day of attendance. Clients on the Reflections Group will receive a weekly key-working session.

The Reflections Group programme offers:

  • Complementary therapies
  • A psycho-educational workshop on mental health/substance misuse theme, including 'Medication Awareness' and 'Relapse Prevention'
  • An individual counselling session and/or key-working session
  • Vocational training, including word-processing skills and preparing C.V.s
  • Visiting speakers

In addition to the Reflections Group and Phoenix Group programmes, Support Services are also available to clients on Monday and Fridays.
